Telfast® 120mg contains fexofenadine hydrochloride, which is a non-drowsy antihistamine.
Telfast® 120 mg is used in adults and children over 12 years old to relieve the symptoms that occur with hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis), such as sneezing, itchy,runny, or blocked nose and itchy, red and watery eyes.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects. Some of the side effects that may occur with Telfast are:

  • Do not take Telfast® if you are allergic to fexofenadine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
  • Telfast® should not be used during pregnancy unless you are advised to do so by your doctor
  • Telfast® is not recommended for mothers breastfeeding27

Telfast® 120mg is indicated for the relief of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and children over 12 years of age.
Telfast® 180mg is indicated for the relief of itching that occurs with hives in adults and children over 12 years of age.

Telfast® 120mg is a fast-acting treatment providing hay fever allergy relief within one hour and lasts for up to 24 hours.
